PAYMENT TERMS
All items must be paid for day of auction before leaving the premises with cash, or check with proper ID. We do not accept credit cards.
A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to all winning bids to determine the final selling price.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All items sell "AS IS" and "WHERE IS" with absolutely no warranty of any kind, including merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose. The staff of Tritech Auctions has made every effort to properly describe the items for sale based on our observations and sources deemed to be reliable, however, no guarantee is made. It is the Bidders responsibility to inspect items and confirm descriptions prior to bidding. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Sales tax of 6% will apply to all items. Dealers must provide properly filled out resale certificates acceptable to the auction company on auction day. If your company is not regularly engaged in the business of SELLING the type of items that you have purchased, you must pay sales tax. It's the law. If you have any question about sales tax, please contact Jesse Lyninger at (502) 523-4151 prior to the auction.
The auctioneer and staff of Tritech Auctions, Inc. reserve the right to make purchases at all of our auctions.
REMOVAL:
No items may be moved or removed until the entire auction is completed.
All items must be removed on auction day (within 2 hours after the conclusion of the auction) or on Monday, November 12, 2007, between 9:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.. The auction company may, at it's discretion, allow check outs beyond the 2 hours after the auction provided significant progress is being made.
Buyers are responsible for providing their own labor for moving and loading their purchases.
PLEASE NOTE - The auction company will by its good practices aid in the security of items, however, the ultimate responsibility for security of all items is with the buyer at the time of sale.
Any item not removed according to terms will be considered abandoned and disposed of as seen fit by the auction company at the expense of the bidder.
